The Riveter is part headwrap, part pep talk. A rolled Wild Rag holds my hair off my face while I dye, and the knot on top gives the whole look a little attitude.
Best with: the Wild Rag, a 36″ square of silky 100% rayon challis with an eyelash fringe.

How to tie The Riveter
- Fold the Wild Rag into a triangle, then roll it from the long edge into a band about three inches wide.
- Place the middle of the band at the nape of your neck and bring both ends up to your forehead.
- Cross the ends at the top of your head, tuck one under the other and pull snug.
- Tie a knot on top and tuck the tails under the band, or leave them up like little ears.
Sensory note
Make it feel good
If a knot on top feels like too much pressure, tie it slightly to one side where it rests instead of pokes.
Wear it with: A bun or puff, hoops and a cropped Dance Top.
